FAMILY & SCHOOL TRUNK REGISTRATION FORM
Note: There is NO charge for family & school trunks to participate.
Date and Time: Friday, October 24th, 2024 5:30pm – 8pm
Location: Bridges Elementary Parking Lot
Trunk Registration Form Due: Friday, October 10th
Please read the policies carefully and make sure you understand and comply with each item:
- Please arrive to set-up your trunk beginning at 4:30pm. Check in with the Trunk Attendant when you arrive; he/she will direct you to your parking spot and provide you with your voting bucket.
- Trunks need to be decorated and ready to hand out candy/trinkets by 5:15pm.
- Family friendly/non-scary decorations and costumes only. No political or religious themes.
- Trunks may not have a theme or decor that stops the flow of traffic (i.e. no games, televisions, or demonstrations at your trunk).
- Be creative and have fun with your design; there will be a best theme award at the end of the night!
- No electrical support will be available.
- An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event.
- All candy / treats need to be prepackaged, individually wrapped, and store-bought. Last year's attendance was ~1200 trick-or-treaters.
- You will be provided some back-up candy from the PTO candy donation drive; the amount will be based on donations received so having your own is highly recommended.
- You are welcome to hand out small trinkets in addition to or in place of candy, so long as it does not block the flow of trick-or-treaters (i.e. glow bracelets, Halloween themed stickers, etc.)
- Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until after the conclusion of the event.
- You must remove all items brought to the parking lot at the end of the festivities.
